I tried to scan cards and I needed to have premium to even scan them total wast

This app does not work. I paid for a week to try it out, and it will not scan any cards. My account says I’m a pro and then when I scan a card it says I’m not and wants me to subscribe again. I hit subscribe and it tells me I’m a pro. I emailed the support email several times with no response. I would find a better app.

**Developer response:** Hi, we’re really sorry - that sounds incredibly frustrating, and we completely understand why you’d feel upset.

What you described definitely isn’t the experience we want anyone to have, especially after paying for Pro. The issue with your account showing Pro in one place but not when scanning sounds like a subscription sync problem, and we’re also very sorry that you didn’t get the support response you needed.

We have already fixed this bug so you can continue to use our app without any additional subscriptions.
