I have noticed that every 5 packs, the boost thing comes up and I was thinking that an option for that gets moved to a small button somewhere else. Also, I think it would be a cool idea to have card grading in the game with rarer chances for higher grades. Maybe like a backpack to show the cards you have pulled in total so you can go there and pick the card you want to grade. Also, I have noticed that Black star promos, pop series cards, and mcdonalds cards are unobtainable and would like to know how to get them and if they are unobtainable, could you possibly make them obtainable? Other than that, this is a really fun game with realistic chances. I would like it if you could fix the pack asset load though lol.

1. Reward Pop-ups
Ads and rewards are something we are always looking to improve on to ensure they do not impact the core experience. We will take the into consideration for a future update. 

2. Graded Card System
We’ve received inquiries about this feature before and are considering implementing something similar in the future of the development roadmap.

3. Promo Cards
At the moment, promo cards are treated as exclusive rewards. Much like some real life promo cards are only available for a certain time and product type, you can receive 1 promo card per week by completing the 7 weekly promo challenges which reset every Sunday at 8am EST. 

4. Asset load
This is constantly being worked on to try and improve. However, due to up to hundreds of images being loaded at once, your internet connection plays a large factor in the overall experience.

### 4/5 — Great app but there’s some bugs

I downloaded the app and it was great opening digital packs until I came back the next day and all my rare cards were deleted even though I was logged in. The same thing happened to my brother. We were disappointed so please fix this bug :)

We have recently made changes to backend infrastructure to resolve the server bottlenecks causing these save failures. Additionally, a new update with stability fixes is currently in development.
