## What is Pullseye Card Scanner & Binder?

Point your phone at any Pokémon TCG card — Pullseye tells you exactly which card, which printing, and what it's really worth.

One-time purchase. No subscription, ever.

IT LOCKS, OR IT ASKS

When Pullseye is certain, it says so. When two printings share the same artwork and the camera genuinely cannot separate them, it shows you both and tells you where to look — the stamp on the left edge, the drop-shadow beside the art box. It would rather hand you the choice than hand you a confident wrong answer.

PRINTINGS, NOT JUST CARDS

1st Edition or Unlimited. Shadowless or not. Holo or reverse. On older sets the difference between those is often the difference between $12 and $2,000, and it is the thing most scanners get wrong.

SLABS READ AT GRADE

Point it at a graded card and Pullseye reads the label — company, cert number, grade — then prices it against comps for that grade, not for the raw card.

ONE COLLECTION, EVERYONE IN IT

Add cards under different family members and see who owns what. Your kid's binder and yours, in one place, with attribution.

EVERY PRICE SHOWS ITS RECEIPTS

Tap any number to see where it came from and when it was taken. Raw market, recent sales, and per-grade comps for PSA, BGS and CGC. If a price contradicts itself — a 1st Edition somehow listed below an Unlimited — Pullseye withholds it and tells you why rather than showing you a number it does not trust.

BUILT FOR POKÉMON TCG COLLECTORS

English and Japanese Pokémon TCG cards, from Base Set to current releases. New sets are added as they release.

WHAT YOU PAY

25 free scans, so you can find out whether it earns your trust. Then one payment unlocks it for good. No subscription, no monthly fee, no ads, no upsells. Every set we add afterwards is included.

YOUR PHOTOS STAY YOURS

The camera is used to identify cards and, if you confirm a scan, to improve recognition for everyone. Nothing else. No ad networks, no third-party analytics, no selling your data.

Export your whole collection as a spreadsheet, or delete your account and its data, from inside the app, at any time.

Pullseye is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK inc.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.5 — 2026-10-03

• Faster scans: most cards now lock in about a second on the server side, and the hardest ones take a fraction of the time they did.
• The app now does more of the work before uploading, so your result arrives sooner.
• Fixes and tuning from the latest real-world scans.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-10-01

• Your binder now stays signed in — even after deleting and reinstalling the app, and on a new iPhone through iCloud Keychain. No email, no password, nothing collected.
• If you were ever signed out, the sign-in screen now offers "Open my binder".
• 30th Celebration Classic Collection reprints are no longer mistaken for the original printing.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-26

• Sharper printing detection: Pullseye now reads the collector number on the card to tell identical-art printings apart — Base Set from Base Set 2, English from Japanese — instead of asking.
• Reads Japanese and Chinese cards' text, so a Japanese printing is never mistaken for the English one.
• The picker now says which option is the Japanese printing and where on the card to look.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-26

• Pullseye now asks, once in a while, whether you'd rate it — only after it has confidently identified a few of your cards. Ratings are how other collectors find us.
• Links can now open Pullseye straight to Scan, Search or your Binder.
• Listing now available in Spanish (Mexico).

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-18

Fixes and improvements:
- The camera now resumes correctly after switching apps.
- Graded cards are recognised more reliably, whichever way the slab toggle is set.
- Photos chosen from your library identify more reliably.
- Support for the 30th Celebration set, and far broader Japanese card coverage.
