## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Company doesn’t pay

*2026-08-06, version 7.7.8*

They will have you work with no guarantee of getting money. They don’t make anyone prepay and if the card declines you don’t get paid

### 1/5 — Charging technicians for late or no show is predatory

*2026-07-26, version 7.7.8*

I appreciate the platform yet the workers are the ones with the skills and ability to actually travel to the clients homes. The company takes half of what you charge the clients and don’t even offer you a COI for your benefit. You have to provide your own so the companies no right to deduct money from your earnings. It’s predatory and as a technician all it will is limit the work I’m willing to do on the app who means less money for the company. If im a no show with my own clients: it’s my responsibility to communicate why to the client, not be charged $75 dollars when a service call is less than $45. Please be for real. Not when there is apps like taskrabbit and numerous other appliance companies

### 1/5 — Not cool

*2026-07-13, version 7.7.8*

No orders, the rating sucks. A new technician gets no orders.

### 1/5 — Lagging app.

*2025-08-03, version 7.4.0*

Lagging, freezing app. Can’t do nothing with app until close it completely and start again.

### 1/5 — Unprofessional

*2025-06-11, version 7.2.0*

Registered as a technician a few days ago and started to get jobs notification instantly but when you press on the actual job, it will see” this job is not relevant anymore” 24-39 erro empty notifications / day.

When I asked the Support team about it, they banned and removed my account from the platform in two days.

Absolutely NOT recommending puls.

### 1/5 — Apparently, these people will take your money for services you didn’t sign up for.

*2025-05-22, version 7.2.0*

After I had a mounting service done for our TVs, I paid $200 on the same day. However, three months later, I noticed a charge of $12.90 on my account. I called the company to explain that this was a mistake and requested a refund for the three months of unauthorized charges.

Somehow, they reached a conclusion based on faulty math that just doesn’t make sense; it feels arbitrary. I spent $38, and they are only offering to refund me $4. This is the type of email I received, inquiring why they are taking my money. it’s a joke and a scam.

“Hi, Alex.

Thank you for reaching out to us and submitting your refund request.

We don't normally process a refund, especially since a secure payment link was sent to you after the service. However, after review of the team, we can now move forward with the refund amounting to $4. Please refer to the breakdown below:

$12.9 monthly membership x 3 months = $38.7

$38.7 - $14.90 (security and support fee waiver) - $19.80 (member savings) = $4”

### 1/5 — Deception and scam

*2025-05-07, version 7.2.0*

Do not use this service, technicians. How much do you disrespect yourself when working with them, and how much do you have to spit on your future to support this and work for them? By continuing to work for them, you are hammering a fat nail into your future, breaking the local services market. I worked with them for some time to check who they were, but they did not pass the check. They did not pay me the guaranteed funds and accused me of not taking money from the client. But I can not accept cash; they send links for payment; I can not stand over my soul and demand payment. When I began to demand my money, they blocked me. In general, they do not even dream of earning anything with them. They wind up 30% on the cost of spare parts, and very few idiots agree to pay for spare parts and work at their prices. Therefore, a maximum of $ 43 is all you will earn with them, provided that you knock payment out of the client. In addition, the payment is delayed by 2 weeks, and all this time, you buy spare parts with your own money, investing in their business; now think, if you take at least five clients, in reality, of course, no more than two, since they have few clients and this is very good, you invest in each spare parts for at least $ 200 and multiply this by the number of days. In addition, crazy logistics do not exist, and you will spend a lot on fuel. Considering the crazy price, in the end, you will earn $ 43 and wish for a good day from the client. Develop your local business and not the business of a bunch of IT specialists from Silicon Valley.

### 1/5 — One of the Most Unprofessional Platforms for Technicians

*2025-03-27, version 7.2.0*

Puls has become a platform that takes advantage of both clients and technicians. The support team is full of low-logic, untrained reps who don’t listen, don’t understand technical limitations, and constantly push jobs through without proper resolution — just to deduct money from techs.

Their app is buggy — jobs don’t even show up on the calendar properly, yet they still penalize techs for “missed” appointments. I had a situation where I contacted support to inform them that a Nest thermostat is not compatible with a high-voltage system, and instead of supporting the tech (me), they insisted I go out anyway — then deducted money from me without confirmation.

If a client doesn’t pay, Puls does absolutely nothing — maybe just apologizes. But if a tech cancels or is late, they hit you with a $75 penalty instantly. It’s clear the system is built to protect their own interests, not to support the hard-working techs or even deliver a consistent experience for clients.

### 1/5 — Stay away

*2025-03-05, version 7.1.0*

They are thieves and crooks

### 1/5 — That is garbage company, fraud!!!!!!!!!!

*2025-01-12, version 6.21.0*

Do not work for this company, they are scammers. The company does not pay for the work done, the company takes payment from the customer for the order but does not pay the worker, the subcontractor. I will try to add a photo from my former account. If you do not want to be deceived and not paid for the work done, stay away from this fraudulent company.
