## What is PULS3?

For all of you, not just some of you.

Connect your watch or ring, add your blood tests, and tell PULS3 who's eating dinner. Its specialist coaches for movement, food, sleep, stress and recovery, mood, lab results and life stage read it all together, agree on one plan for your day, and change it only when you say yes. PULS3 is made in Australia, for iPhone.

Everyone gets advice. You get a team.

YOUR DAY, ALREADY SORTED
Open the app and see what matters today: one anchor from your coach, tonight's dinner, and the small steps around them. Want to do a later session from this week today instead? Tap "Do this today".

A PLAN FOR WHERE YOUR BODY IS AT
Tell PULS3 your life stage, such as pregnancy, the months after a baby, perimenopause or menopause. Your training, food and sleep guidance adapt to it, and so does the plan on Today. You choose what to share, and you can skip it.

TRAINING THAT ADAPTS
Life happens. Miss a week, sleep badly, or get sick, and your program eases before it builds again. You come back at the right pace, not from zero.

YOUR LAB RESULTS, IN THE SAME PICTURE
Add your blood test results, or share a photo or PDF of the report. PULS3 compares each result with your last one and flags what is out of range. The latest result decides, so a flag clears when a newer result is back in range. Your coaches plan with your results in view.

FOOD FOR THE WHOLE HOUSEHOLD
Plan the week's meals for everyone at your table. PULS3 knows who is eating each night and checks each meal against the allergies you have told it about. When it is unsure, it leans toward flagging the meal. It is a second check, so you still read the labels. When a meal does not fit, it helps you find a swap.

A FOOD LOG THAT FITS YOU
Log what you eat by meal. Search nearly 10,000 foods, even with no signal, or scan a barcode. Your daily energy and protein targets come from your weight, height, age, how active you are, and your life stage.

IT NOTICES. YOU DECIDE.
Connect Apple Health or your Oura ring. When your data shows a pattern, like better recovery after more active days, your coach suggests a small experiment. You choose to test it, ease it, or skip it.

YOUR WEEK, IN ONE REPORT
A weekly email shows what you did, what changed, and what to try next.

PRIVACY-FIRST
Your health data, coaching memory and plan are stored on your iPhone. To write each reply, PULS3 sends your message and the context it needs to a cloud AI model, so your conversations do leave your phone. The normal service does not keep them. There are three exceptions, and all three are deleted if you delete your account. If you sign in, your conversations sync between your devices as encrypted records. If you send us feedback, we keep the report for up to 90 days, with any conversation you choose to attach. And if you turn on conversation review, which is off unless you choose it, we keep new coaching messages for up to 30 days. Turning it off stops new capture and deletes what we kept.

PULS3 supports everyday health decisions. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose, and is not for emergencies. When something needs real care, it says so.

iPhone only for now.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.7 — 2026-10-02

Your plan now fits where your body is at, and PULS3 moves to plans with a 7-day free trial from 1 November.

- Today fits your life stage. In perimenopause or after menopause, Today's plan leads with strength work. While you're pregnant, it keeps today's session comfortable, and after a baby it keeps things gentle. If you log your periods and they are regular, Today can offer an easier day when your period is likely due. It's only an offer: your usual session is fine too.
- Your coach knows where you're at. With your permission, your coach sees your life stage and, if you log your periods, when the next one is likely. Its answers fit you.
- Training that fits your stage. In perimenopause, if you logged broken sleep, a hot flush, night sweats, tiredness or joint pain in the last two days, your plan keeps your weights where they are rather than adding more. While you're pregnant, your weights stay where they are, and after the first trimester no new positions are added. For at least the first 6 weeks after a baby, your plan keeps your weights and running where they are.
- Menopause data from Apple Health, on iOS 27. Once you've connected Women's Health to Apple Health, PULS3 can read your menopause stage and any bleeding after menopause that you've logged there. Your own answer in PULS3 always comes first. If Apple Health shows bleeding after menopause, PULS3 suggests you check with your GP soon. Nothing changes on iOS 26.
- Notifications about you. Your notifications now use your own plan and numbers, some carry a sourced tip linked to your goals, and you can answer the morning energy question from the lock screen. Personal topics, such as your cycle or mood, stay private on the lock screen unless you turn them on in Settings.
- The "How are you feeling?" check-in now keeps Save inside the sheet, including with larger text.
- Replies that match what was saved. When your coach changes something for you, such as an item in your Food Log, its reply now says what actually changed. A recipe without nutrition facts now shows no numbers rather than zeros.
- Plans and a 7-day free trial. PULS3 stays free for everyone until 31 October. From 1 November, coaching needs a plan. If you haven't had a trial before, your first 7 days are free, and you can cancel before the trial ends. From 25 October, Today reminds you before your free access ends.
- A founding offer. If you downloaded PULS3 before 1 November, your first 3 months on a monthly plan are half price. Claim it when you choose a plan, by 31 January 2027, while offers last. If you joined our waitlist, the link in our email claims it for you.

### 1.6 — 2026-09-30

A Food Log, daily targets worked out for you, and workouts that count the right way.

- Log food by meal. Add it to breakfast, lunch, a snack or dinner. Search nearly 10,000 foods, even with no signal, scan a barcode, or add your own foods. Save the meals you eat often, and they sit at the top next time.
- Amounts your way. Log in servings or grams, or type the exact amount, and see the energy and protein before you add it. Scanned products, search results and your own foods offer servings when the serving size is known.
- Scan it once. Scan a barcode you entered before and PULS3 brings back your own entry, at the amount you used last time.
- What you log counts as eaten. If you skipped something, delete it.
- Targets that fit you. Your daily energy and protein now come from your weight, height, age, how active you are, and your life stage, such as pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Lab results: the latest one decides. A flagged result clears when you add a newer result that is back in range.
- A clearer Nutrition page. Today's numbers come straight from your Food Log, so the two always agree.
- Allergies, handled better. Oat, soy, almond and coconut milk no longer count as dairy. Hidden allergens, like peanut in satay or soy and wheat in teriyaki, are now caught everywhere, including your coach's replies and recipes.
- Workouts counted the right way. A workout from Apple Health now only ticks off a session of the same kind. Do yoga on a gym day and PULS3 asks whether it replaced the session, was extra, or should not count.
- Undo a wrong match. If Apple Health ticks off the wrong session, tap Undo.
- See how your lifts are going. A finished gym session shows what you lifted last time, and "Your lifts" shows each lift over time.
- Do this today. Any session later this week can move to today. If today already has one, the two swap.
- Your health details, your say. PULS3 now asks for your agreement to use your health details on its own screen, separate from the terms. You can take it back in Settings.

When you first open this version, PULS3 asks for that agreement. Apple Health may also ask once for permission to save the food you log.

### 1.5 — 2026-09-22

The biggest update yet. Tell PULS3 your goal in your own words, move your plan around, and log your lifts properly.

- Say your goal in a sentence. There is no list to pick from. PULS3 works out what to measure and shows you what it heard before anything is saved. If it got you wrong, say so and it tries again.
- A plan you can move. Move a step, swap it, or skip it, not only tick it off. Tick something by mistake and you can take it back. Add a commitment straight from Today without opening a chat.
- Set by set logging. Weight, reps, RPE and RIR on the session screen while you lift. Bodyweight sets count, and so do one-off sessions that were never in the plan.
- Your watch does the noticing. A workout your watch records turns up on its own, and a weigh-in appears when your scale syncs.
- Say what hurts. Mention a niggle, or what your physio told you to do, and the next session is built around it. Exercises that do not suit you stay out until you say otherwise.
- Insight Map. A new screen for what PULS3 has worked out about you, and where it is still guessing.
- Food that fits you. Meal plans respect your own calorie and protein floor. Household allergies are checked in every part of the app, not only the meal planner. You can edit a meal you already logged. Australia sees kilojoules.
- Train toward a date. Give PULS3 an event with a date and the plan works back from it.

Also fixed: signing in after PULS3 moved to its own company account, UV and air quality alerts that had gone quiet, a coach that failed without saying why, and a morning notification that promised a check-in and opened something else.

### 1.4 — 2026-09-17

Easier to start, and easier to find your way around.

- A smoother first conversation. The intro can't be skipped by accident, it remembers your answers, and it asks about your life stage if Apple Health isn't connected.
- Women's health is easier to reach. Team opens the Women's health page straight away, with your life stage and period tracking at the top.
- Links to Settings now take you to the exact setting.
- Settings starts with your team and profile. Sign out and delete account are at the bottom.
- The gym log shows what you lifted last time and suggests your next load. Tap to use it, or ignore it.
- Your weekly email counts only what you signed up to do, so the numbers match what you actually did.
- Perimenopause questions go to the right coach for your life stage, symptoms are logged more precisely, and decisions about hormone therapy are pointed to your doctor.

Also fixed: a name typed after the intro not being saved, and a question that could be asked twice.
