The Lagree method speaks for itself. What really sets Pulse apart is the community. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported. The trainers are knowledgeable, attentive, and amazing at meeting you where you are. Whether you’re brand new or more advanced. They push you, but in a way that feels encouraging, not intimidating.

The energy in the studio is unmatched. It’s one of those places you actually look forward to going to, and you leave feeling stronger, more confident, and accomplished every time.

If you’re even thinking about trying Lagree, this is the place to do it. 💛
