## What is Pulse?

Pulse is a privacy-focused personal finance app. All financial data is stored locally on the user's device. No account registration or external server is required. Voice input is processed using Apple's on-device Speech Recognition when available. iCloud sync is optional and uses the user's own iCloud account only. The app does not collect, track, or share any personal data. More details are provided in the following sections.
