I have emailed them four times asking for the subscription to be cancelled and did it through the app. I asked them to inform me when this had been done and received no reply. Here we are on day four and they have taken out £37 from my bank. I got one that was trying to scare me into downloading something if i was worried about heart attacks and how common they were. let me tell you, that was not comforting. they also tirelessly advertise their 30$ a month subscription service which allows you to measure your pulse whenever you want, so yeah you have to pay to do what you downloaded the app for more than once in however long. not ideal. however, the pulse measurement seemed to work well and i very much appreciated how it told me to relax and breathe after recording my normal heart beat. good touch for people like me who may have downloaded due to anxiety based health concerns. it also only uses the metric system, which ofc isn’t a problem unless you’re an american and then you’ll just have to watch a bunch more ads as you click on and off the app to convert it. ### 2/5 — Deceiving *2023-11-17* Though it is advertised as a free app, once you download it, you find out that you have only 3 days of free trial followed by subscription fees. Stupid me for falling for it . . .
