Bob did respond quickly to my email about a refund but Apple will not refund. Lost out on $24 . Don’t purchase if your draft is an auction or IDP. **Developer response:** Fair review, and the miss is on us for not being clearer: Pulse is built for snake/standard drafts and doesn't support IDP or auction formats natively. We've updated our store description so nobody else buys it for the wrong format. Sorry Apple declined the refund — that's their call, not ours, and we tried.
