The fees are ridiculously high and they have terrible customer service.  There is no way to rate bad guests, good luck getting help when you have an issue.  Many emails to their customer service with no response.  I have asked them to close my listing for nearly a month now.  That seems to also be impossible.

This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The customer support isn’t helpful and they always try to transfer the issue to department and it never gets solved. I’ve had multiple  bad experiences where I had to wait the whole day from 7 am until the evening, just for a bank transfer detail issue. They kept me on hold everytime and disconnected the call saying just give me a “minute” - this is the same phrase every single one of their customer support use. They disconnect and never call you back. We have to call them again (there’s a wait time for that), and explain the same issue from the beginning to another customer assistant, which is extremely tiring and frustrating. Also I had another issue with logging in to my account after registering a new property, I called multiple times and the customer support said they couldn’t find my account, even after providing all the details and hung up on me in the middle of the call. I had to call again and explain everything from the beginning with all my details again and this time the other customer support assistant said to just wait 5 mins and that they will check the issue and hung the call up. Booking.com management should strictly check what’s going their customer service department as it’s extremely frustrating.

Мало того, что очень не удобный интерфейс  приложения в отличие от других, так еще и техподдержка нулевая, кроме фраз: «мы сожалеем, что вы оказались в данной ситуации, но не можем помочь» - никаких реальных действий. Ситуация - утерян доступ к номеру телефона привязанному к аккаунту, в итоге, принимать заявки и деньги от гостей могу, а внести реквизиты для получения денег на свою карту не могу. Получается деньги так и висят на букинге, забрать их нельзя, в современном мире подтвердить свою личность, кроме как смс на номер телефона НЕВОЗМОЖНО! Хотя при регистрации была указана еще и почта.

Generally pretty good and straight forward however - Often pings and then won’t load, then will load but nothing to see, the app itself doesn’t allow certain things as if you’re on the desktop computer which is also annoying .
