## What is Pulse HR?

Download Pulse HR and use your camera's flash to check your pulse.

Track your body temperature effortlessly!

Get your heart rate and temperature in just 30 seconds!

How it works:
- Place the tip of your finger on the iPhone's camera.
- In a few seconds, your pulse and temperature will be displayed!
- Instant Heart Rate detects the color change on your fingertip with each beat and shows your heart rate.
- Real-time display of every heartbeat and temperature.

How to use:
1. Place and lightly press your fingertip on the back camera lens.
2. Ensure your fingertip covers the lens and flash completely.
3. Your heart rate and temperature will be shown after a few seconds.
4. Avoid pressing too hard to obtain accurate results.

Important Note:
* Works best on iPhone with flash.
* On iPhone 3GS and iPod touch, use the app in good lighting conditions.

This app is not designed for medical use. It is meant for fitness use only and as a source of general information.
