• Enhanced appointments with support for watch notifications and carer notifications.

• When "Notify Carer" is enabled, carers receive an immediate notification when an appointment is created. Carers also receive a reminder 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment.

• Improved the Reminder UI and added a toggle to send reminders directly to the watch.
