This app is said to be ‘fast and accurate’ though it only gives randomly generated pulses.
In my experience my pulse was 476bpm.
Which is pretty much impossible without having some sort of problem like tachycardia.
I believe in the description there should be something saying it should be used for entertainment purposes only. Then you’d have higher ratings.😄

Don’t give them your download
Do not download it is an ad box you can’t even use the app correctly
Full screen ads
This is exactly what I was looking for to use with students in my PE classes, but unfortunately it won’t work for me since I can’t rely on my students to close a full screen ad to see their heart rate.
Change to a banner ad and I would be able to have it installed on 700 student iPads.
Also, maybe increase the pulse count to 10 for better accuracy.

No instructions on how to is the app, and I get a different reading each tome. Full of
