Trying to download the update and it doesn’t finish. Gets stuck about halfway.

**Developer response:** Please do not rate the app poorly due to an issue you are having with the iOS App Store. This has nothing to do with the app. If you continue to have trouble, try these things: check your network connection, reboot your device, delete the app and reinstall. For any additional concerns you may have with the actual app itself, you can submit your feedback at msupport.zendesk.com.

### 1/5 — I paid enough already

I paid $150 to buy this device now in order to use it I’ll need to pay $100 a year? App connects to the sensor but can’t see anything until I pay. It’s not going to happen.

**Developer response:** A dashboard subscription is not necessary to use the motusTHROW product, however you may find that adding a subscription elevates your experience. It all depends on how you intend to use the product and what you hope to gain from the data collected. 

The base mobile experience is designed as a data collection tool with actionable feedback built in, without the need for you to worry about the raw numbers or analyses going on in the background. You can transfer all throws from a day, monitor your workload and arm health, and work through a personalized training plan based on your data. 

To go a step further, you can enable Advanced Features to view the biomechanical metrics of each throw, capture video, and receive feedback on bullpen and longtoss throwing sessions. 

Adding a dashboard subscription allows you to view historical data, export the data, and utilize additional advanced analysis tools. Everything else is free and included in the mobile app, but is initially disabled so that the general user is not overwhelmed right out of the gate.

I love using the sensor I love the idea of it. But the app is just so slow, it freezes all the time. It doesn’t wanna open half the time. And I know it’s not just my phone because I have the newest iPhone I have fantastic service and I’m even using on Wi-Fi. I love what driveline does I fall everything they do but this is just super frustrating. Why should I pay 125 for something that doesn’t work half the time.

When it works, it’s great. But on my iPhone 12 Pro the app freezes constantly and takes multiple minutes to start working again.

### 3/5 — Only see results on live mode but not my workload for the day

Last two sessions I have only been able to see my numbers on live mode but not on the 1 day workload I love the app but this is annoying. Please fix this if possible.

**Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience! Sometimes when there is heavy traffic on the app or if the internet connection is slow, the workload metrics take longer than usual to appear. 

If throws are appearing in live mode and on the line graph at the bottom of the main screen, that means the app has logged the throws but the workload values are taking slightly longer to calculate!

Best way to troubleshoot this is to refresh the main page by swiping down, and if this is a recurring issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app! If this is a recurring issue, reach out to support@drivelinebaseball.com so we can get you squared away

I used the app for one bullpen session and now the app crashes everytime i open it. Does not work after rebooting. Please fix

If you have any further issues, please contact support by telephone at (844) 509-0262 or by submitting a support ticket at msupport.motusglobal.com. We will be able to address your concerns in a much more timely manner than an App Store review, often in less than an hour.

### 5/5 — Adds throws to consecutive days

Just recently the app has begun to add throws to two separate days during live mode. I would throw on Monday and it would add those throws to Monday and to Sunday. Love that app but would like this fixed.

Purchased my sleeve about a year ago and been using it since, really enjoy using the app while throwing plyos and bullpen. Everything about the app is really good. I would like one change however. Whenever I switch to another app while throwing, I have to reconnect to the sensor which is slightly annoying as I’m usually switching music while throwing. Besides that I am very happy with the app and it has a lot of potential

I have been using Motus in some capacity for years. From private facility training to now a top ranked HS in the country, I make our pitchers wear Motus sensors. The Motus team is looking at throw data and workloads far beyond what anyone else is doing. They consult for professional teams yet take the time to talk about how best to interpret and analyze throwing programs for your players. If you care about your arm you’ll wear a sensor. The app is easy to use and informative. The Dashboard is even better. I’ve rarely ever had issues with it and they always get fixed. I appreciate everything Motus is doing and how they contribute to advancing baseball forward.
