## What is PulseFit 运动健康?

PulseFit Fitness & Health helps you understand training load, recovery, sleep, and daily energy on iPhone and Apple Watch. With your permission, it reads Apple Health / HealthKit data including sleep, heart rate, HRV, steps, active energy, workouts, mindfulness minutes, body measurements, and Apple Watch activity.

Key features:
- Daily progress: particle-style rings for active energy, exercise minutes, stand hours, recovery, sleep, watch workouts, and mindfulness.
- Personalized analysis: practical guidance based on today's readings, recent trends, self check-ins, and local weather.
