## What is Pulsehaven?

Pulsehaven helps you notice changes in heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV) using your iPhone camera. It compares each valid reading with your own baseline, so you can inspect personal patterns instead of relying on a population average.

MEASURE WITH YOUR IPHONE
Place your fingertip over the flash and the nearby camera selected for your iPhone. Live guidance helps you find the right position and pressure. A quick check estimates heart rate; a 60-second check also estimates HRV when signal quality is sufficient. Pulsehaven requires an iPhone with a rear camera and LED flash, and it withholds a reading rather than showing one when the signal is not clear enough.

BUILD A PERSONAL BASELINE
Pulsehaven learns from valid readings taken at similar times. Reports can show how HRV and heart rate differ from your usual range, while clearly marking insufficient or uncertain data.

CONNECT DAILY CONTEXT
Add context such as sleep, exercise, caffeine, alcohol, illness, or a custom note. With enough samples, Plus shows counts and uncertainty alongside associations and never presents correlation as proof of cause.

RUN SIMPLE RECOVERY EXPERIMENTS
Measure before and after guided breathing or another routine. Compare the two readings and keep the result in your private history.

No account is required. Measurements, context, and history stay on your iPhone. Pulsehaven does not contain ads and does not sell personal data. Camera frames are processed on the device and are not stored or uploaded.
