I check back periodically to see if it works but no difference. The functions available are really good and it does pretty much everything we need it to. However, the app is often unusable because it runs so slowly. We’ve also had reports from customers that the sound quality is very poor. Clearing the recent calls list seems to speed the app up slightly but we’re having to do this several times a day. We’ve also had issues with the app freezing, cutting off calls and customers not being able to hear us. When it works it works, unfollow business relies on this , as it’s my phone number. Problem is when running business, you can’t have interruption, all week I’ve had an issue where when I phone out, no one can hear me, I can’t hang the call up , everything freezes! One customer already got annoyed with this and I’ve lost him. Many others I can’t call back on my number , unless I want to carry my laptop around . The response to start with was quick but now went quiet. It’s not the first time , and will I get any kind of refund? I’d doubt it. There is so much lag in the app, contacts do not load you miss calls that don’t come through.
