## What is PulseJournal?

Pulse is a calm, private journaling app designed for real life and real emotions.

Instead of long prompts or rigid rules, Pulse helps you pause for a moment and notice how you’re feeling — in just a few seconds.

Choose an emoji that matches your mood, write as much or as little as you want, and optionally add a photo to capture the moment. That’s it.

There’s no “right” way to use Pulse. Some days might be one word. Other days might be a full page. Both are welcome.
