应用做的没bug，很丝滑，一次点亮很棒

希望增加nrv（心率变异性，这个我很需要），血氧饱和度，睡眠等数据的实时传递。

关于HRV，我们做了一些测试，Apple Watch的心率采样并不是逐拍采样，大约每3–5秒才更新一次。如果用平均心率去推算RR间期来计算HRV，结果波动会非常大，参考意义比较有限。Apple Watch本身也主要只在静息状态下记录HRV，这可能也说明运动状态下的HRV数据可靠性并不高。

如果不是实时计算，而是直接读取系统记录的数据，那么就会和血氧饱和度、睡眠等数据一样——它们并不是持续实时更新的，更新频率比较低，因此实时传输的意义也不太大。目前这些数据可能更适合用户直接手动输入更新。

Setup was straightforward and worked right away. I didn’t encounter any bug, and the heart rate display in VRChat is clear and stable. Even someone with very little technical experience can use this without any trouble. Highly recommended!
