### 1/5 — Do not use

*2026-02-07*

I am a nurse I took my Blood Pressure my blood sugar as well as pulse every result was wrong. I do not have a health condition that I would need this but I DO NOT want someone with diabetes or hypertension to use this to test please do not this is medical device

**Developer response:** Dear user, we deeply appreciate your professional concern as a nurse, and we completely agree with your warning. To be absolutely clear: our app cannot and does not measure blood pressure or blood sugar. It is strictly a manual logging diary meant for users to manually type in readings they obtain from real, professional medical devices. The app only uses the phone's camera to estimate heart rate, which is for general wellness reference only and can never replace a medical-grade pulse oximeter. We take user safety very seriously and have completely updated our app descriptions to ensure no patient is ever misled. Thank you for your vital feedback.

### 1/5 — False advertising

*2026-02-06, version 2.9.4*

Apps ad says it’s free to use but after downloading it requires user to pay for a 3 day trial and then has a monthly fee.
Clearly this app advertising is a SCAM as it’s not what it says in the advertisement

### 1/5 — Total Deceit

*2026-01-29*

The ad is deceptive in saying this app can measure your blood glucose. Even had me put my finger on the ad to measure my blood glucose and gave me a reading. When I opened the app it states it can “record” your glucose but not measure it — like a diary or journal.

**Developer response:** Dear user, we sincerely apologize for the highly inaccurate and frustrating advertisement you experienced. You are absolutely right in your conclusion: our app cannot measure blood glucose. As you accurately noted, the blood glucose section is strictly designed to be a diary or journal for you to manually log the readings you get from actual medical devices. We take full responsibility for this severe marketing error and have permanently removed these interactive ads. We deeply appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us ensure our app's true capabilities are represented completely transparently.

### 1/5 — Deceptive no free trial

*2026-01-28, version 2.9.4*

Had a trial was month however started charging higher level for whole month until I had to cancel

### 1/5 — Liars

*2026-01-26, version 2.9.4*

You continue to say something that's completely untrue. You wrote me this..."Our product can measure heart rate, record your health data such as blood sugar". NO, it can't!!"

### 1/5 — Not able to cancel

*2026-01-21, version 2.9.4*

Can’t cancel the subscription

### 1/5 — Doesn’t do what it says

*2026-01-20*

This only records your pulse. It doesn’t measure anything else that it claims to measure. It just gives you a place to “record” them. For $8.99 A WEEK?! it also says it will give you an in-depth analysis but every time I tried to get that it told me the network wasn’t connected? Cancelled.

**Developer response:** Dear user, we sincerely apologize for the network error you experienced and for any confusion caused by our app's description. You are completely correct: our app is strictly a manual logging diary for blood sugar and blood pressure. It is meant for you to record readings from actual medical devices, and it only uses the camera to estimate heart rate. We completely understand your frustration regarding the $8.99 weekly price. We have listened to feedback like yours and have recently overhauled our pricing model to offer much more affordable monthly and annual options. Additionally, our technical team has completely fixed the network connectivity bug affecting the analysis feature in our latest update. We deeply appreciate your honest review as it helps us improve.

### 1/5 — Liars

*2026-01-19, version 2.9.4*

This app tells you it can take your blood glucose and it actually gave me a result, which of course was wrong! This app is dangerous. It could make you think your sugar is OK when it's not. In the end, it doesn't take your blood glucose at all. It just advertises that it does so you'll get the app.

### 1/5 — Add said free, but 8.99 mth

### 1/5 — This app sucks

*2026-01-15, version 2.9.4*

This app doesn’t really do what it says it does and it doesn’t have a way for you to unsubscribe without hassle. I’m still trying to figure out how to unsubscribe.

### 1/5 — True fact it does not do what it says it’s gonna do

### 1/5 — My pillow has a pulse?

*2026-01-08, version 2.9.4*

I put my camera flat against the back of my iPhone where the finger would be and it recorded a heart rate of 53 beats per how does a pillow have a heartbeat?! this app is bogus and false, and should not be trusted some people could be naïve enough to trust this to make health decision decisions. This is dangerous and should be removed. this is a health concern and safety risk.

### 1/5 — Fake and cheating

*2025-12-10, version 2.9.3*

The advertisement description of this app is totally fake and misleading. Don’t waste your time and risk losing money. Never install it.
If possible, I will give it negative stars.

### 1/5 — Criminals

*2025-12-09*

I’ve downloaded this app ONLY to give you 1 star. You deceive people telling they don’t need special equipment. This is EXTREMELY WRONG AND DANGEROUS. people deceives by this crummy ad are mainly elders. Giving bad readings is irresponsible and criminal. Not only im giving one star, I am also reporting every single ad you post.

**Developer response:** Dear user, we completely agree with your serious safety concerns and sincerely apologize for the highly inaccurate advertisements that caused this understandable anger. To be absolutely clear: our app is not a medical device. It strictly functions as a manual logging diary. Users must use actual, professional medical equipment to obtain their health readings (such as blood pressure or glucose) and then manually enter that data into our app. We take full responsibility for the severe marketing errors that implied otherwise. We have permanently removed those inaccurate ads and completely overhauled our descriptions to ensure 100% transparency. We deeply appreciate you holding us accountable, as user safety is indeed paramount.

### 1/5 — Advertising error

*2026-02-10*

The ad tells you that it can check your blood sugar, and tells you how to use your phone camera to do this. This is a lie.

**Developer response:** Dear user, we completely understand your frustration and apologize for the advertisement you saw. You are absolutely right: the app cannot measure blood sugar with the camera. The promotional material was completely inaccurate and did not reflect our app's actual capabilities. Our app uses the camera strictly to measure heart rate. *2024-06-11, version 2.1.0*

This app so good,I love it

### 3/5 — Priced out of my affordability range.

*2026-02-02*

9-USD plus tax weekly is considered a fair & equitable payment by the Devs & subscription members for full functionality.

Understandable.

App appears to have an excellent range of data tracking capabilities. The free trial period unlocked full access. It’s just not an affordable App for me personally.

**Developer response:** Dear user, thank you so much for your fair review and for recognizing the quality of our data tracking capabilities. We completely hear you regarding the pricing. We realize that a weekly subscription doesn't fit everyone's budget. Based on valuable feedback like yours, we are currently planning to overhaul our pricing strategy to include much more affordable monthly and annual subscription options in our upcoming update. We hope you might consider giving us another try once these new plans become available!

### 3/5 — Free

Worked well the first day but never actually gave me the option to measure blood then glitched on an advert for another mobile app too measure blood and never returned to main page, how this might of been due to water damage on my phone, still bit misleading as though as I think you have to purchase the upgrade to measure blood developer did contact me but have lost interest
