Due to chronic migraines, I needed to put the device down until I could get that sorted. Coming back after only a couple of months and the music is now behind a paywall. This was quite disheartening. at least I can pull up a track on YT and use it at the same time. However, I do feel the program is more immersive using their music tracks. Please bring the music back to the non premium level app access. This device costs a lot and having to pay so much to access basic features is a massive let down. ### 4/5 — Application *2026-08-20* Love the product however the application at times will not work and reverts to test mode with purchase option . ### 2/5 — Login issues *2026-08-14, version 2.10.0* Constantly logs me out every 3 weeks or so and gives no way back if you try to log in via the wrong method. Please fix. A simple back button would do. This is critical when you freaking pay wall all the features. This device is also dependency forming. We you use it for a while and then don’t use it you feel like 10 times worse then your normal baseline for a couple days so be careful. ### 3/5 — Hidden subscription *2026-08-07* Be careful of hidden enrolments into premium subscription 1 month after activating your device. Does not matter if you reject the free trial premium offer. Pulsetto claims “Regarding the subscription - a Premium trial is included with every purchase and outlined in the confirmation email.” Is not clearly stated in the emails. I never clicked the link for the free trial nor did I ever have access to it on the account. I only ever had access to the basic functions of the app. The good news. My streaks reset for no reason, despite using it daily. ### 3/5 — Watch out for expensive auto subscription *2026-07-28* Bought device and only used the free functions (which were not many) and discovered a $67 a month charge on my card. Just using the device on the app enrolls you in a free trial whether you want it or not. I did skip past that and got the 7 day free trial but the 14 day would have been nice. Just another way to extract money from you. You buy the geared but not enough to get the full cycles. You can only speak to AI on the phone and when you email them it seems like AI is responding. I think this is a scam. I am frustrated of weeks of trying to return my device that is not working. I am sick and tired of this and I’m going to make it known that this is a nightmare. ### 1/5 — Too much of a hassle for me *2026-08-09, version 2.9.6* First off it was difficult to get them unit situated correctly on my neck, then I go in one day and I am signed out and now wants me to create a whole new sign in so what happened to the information I already had. None of the features work consistently and IMHO it’d be great if the appliance just worked without needing an app to run it. ### 1/5 — Don’t give them your credit card! *2026-07-30, version 2.9.2* I was disillusioned with the device as it is pretty annoying to have to log into an app to use… especially if you wanted to use it to help in the middle of the night. I have to use both hands to keep it in place, otherwise it feels like I am having a stroke. Regardless of those points, the company has charged me for a monthly subscription that I never signed up for, never agreed to have my credit card information stored, and can’t “unsubscribe” from in the app, because it clearly shows I have no subscription. Customer service is doing nothing to help the situation, just keep trying to sign me up for the subscription.. which I do not want. They continue to charge my card every 3 months even though I never signed up for this and notified them many times. Do not give them your credit card!!!! ### 1/5 — Expensive device, limited free use *2026-07-18, version 2.8.2* I’ve add the Pulsetto device for about 7 months now. My biggest concern is the continuous removal of free in app features that you now need to pay for. I first lost access to guided breathing during a session. While the Pulsetto effect is yet to be proven, breathing is known to help reduce stress. The latest update removed access to soundtrack during a session. This one makes no sense at all. I also lost access to the personal session and now if I want to use my $300+ Pulsetto device for the stress management program in app (what I originally bought it for) I need to pay extra every month. Customer service was quite inefficient when I first got started in helping address in app bugs. On the efficacy side: no effect on gut related issues. I do not recommend Pulsetto and will look for another device and a company who supports its customer in line with their claimed mission. ### 1/5 — Nothing is working or connecting *2026-07-08, version 2.8.0* Unable to connect the app to Bluetooth or location services. I have completed all the troubleshooting of restarting my phone, restarting the app restarting the device, reinstalling the app. ### 1/5 — Buggy App *2026-07-06, version 2.8.0* After entering my Pulsetto order number, the app appeared to time out and returned to the screen asking what I want to be called. I again entered my name, clicked on Pulsetto to indicate place of purchase, and reentered my order number. An error message was returned stating that my order number is invalid. The order number was taken directly from the email I was sent by Pulsetto after placing my order. I now have to wait several days just to speak with someone to get this cleared up. Extremely frustrating and not at all user friendly! ### 1/5 — Device worked - App didn’t *2026-07-06, version 2.8.0* I bought this a week ago and used it for a few days. I really enjoyed it but then the app stopped working and unfortunately that’s the only way to control the device. Will be returning. It’s truly a miracle device. ### 5/5 — Helps with disabilities *2026-08-09, version 2.9.6* I am recovering from cushings disease which is an overproduction of cortisol that causes lots of issues. After my surgery I developed pots which is when your nervous system does not control your cardiovascular system correctly. I haven’t been able to work in a long time and I routinely wake up nauseous because of the pots.
