### 2/5 — Awful updated interface

*2026-01-24, version 9.23*

The new interface is absolutely horrible. What happened???

### 2/5 — Owner

*2024-11-30, version 9.3*

Logs me out of the app all the time (this is new as of 2 months ago). Very frustrating when you are trying to do your job! Also stops working about every month or so. Memory hog.

### 2/5 — Pulseway issues

*2024-11-25, version 9.3*

Over the past year, there have been a lot of updates but very buggy.

Definitely worst since Kaseya bought them.

### 1/5 — Not exactly helpful anymore

*2024-10-17, version 9.3*

Pulseway used to be really helpful for me running a home lab and only having 2 servers just to fit into there free plan but now they’ve made the decision to delete everyone’s accounts if your using a free account so unfortunately for me a very good app has gone down the drain as for me it’s cost of £61 is just not worth it in my opinion for a home lab

### 3/5 — Pulseway app

*2024-10-16, version 9.3*

Worked great until it no longer works. The app needs to save the login information.

### 3/5 — Need update

*2024-10-02, version 9.3*

The current app is no longer supported on current iOS 18

### 1/5 — App requires update

*2024-09-27, version 9.3*

App says it requires an update but shows no update in the app store.

### 1/5 — Broken

*2024-09-18, version 9.3*

App is broken and no longer works until they decide to update it

### 1/5 — Latest version no longer supported

*2024-09-18, version 9.3*

On the latest version for iOS, 9.3, and on latest iOS version, 17.6.1. Attempting to use the app gives message that this version is no longer supported. Are there any versions that are supported for anything other than windows?

### 1/5 — No longer works on iPhone or iPad.

*2024-09-14, version 9.3*

On the latest version of iOS, app now says it’s not supported.

### 1/5 — Terrible support!

*2024-05-26, version 9.3*

The most annoying part is that if there is an incoming call while on a remote session, it gets disconnected. If you check your notification bar while on a remote session, it gets disconnected. Reported this over a year ago, but no one is listening 🤷🏻‍♂️

### 1/5 — Push notification abuse

*2023-07-05, version 9.2*

This company ignores section 4.5.4 of the App Store review guidelines and sends ads via push notifications with no means of opting out other than disabling notifications entirely which is not desirable in a server monitoring system.

### 1/5 — Latest update makes you login every time

*2023-05-22, version 9.2*

Can’t stay logged in anymore. Re install didn’t solve.

### 1/5 — Used to be good

*2023-03-12, version 9.0*

This used to be a good system and largely worked on a Mac. However the system doesn’t work on Apple silicon. Since upgrading to an M1 studio mac, pulseway no longer shows screens and other functions and is largely useless. The support team are unable to rectify this. Its been ongoing for 6 months now and they are still no nearer a solution. I will not renew my subscription until it works correctly. Sadly I don’t see that rectification happening. I will have to search for a replacement, pity as i have had it for years but it seems it’s just not compatible with Apple silicon.

### 1/5 — Trash

*2023-01-16, version 9.0*

They removed free and must have a business email to register so WORTHLESS!

### 1/5 — Business only??.

*2022-10-17, version 9.0*

Why can I not use this in my home lab setup using a personal email address? Such bull crap when Linus Tech Tips got me interested in it.

### 1/5 — Two factor

*2022-05-23, version 8.11.1*

I have to allow every single time i was to remote, login or anything. Actually really annoying.

### 3/5 — Siri commands always fail.

*2022-04-03, version 8.11.1*

Otherwise a very good app.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — MFA approvals issues and grouping issue

*2026-06-05, version 9.26.1*

Ever since update lot of things are not working properly. System grouping is gone.

### 1/5 — Help

*2026-01-28, version 9.24*

You removed a feature!!!

I can’t add members anymore within the Active Directory - group users..
only remove.. the plus sign is gone..

This is vital…

### 1/5 — Best app and support ever

*2026-01-27, version 9.23*

I don't write reviews! But this app has really went down hill, I’ve been with the software since it was Call Mobile PC Monitor so for about 20 years and they keep taking features away, this time they updated the dashboard where it used to show me all machines uptime to where now I have to click on each machine to view its uptime, and it was working on my iPad and with this update it says I have no machines and isn’t working. I opened a support ticket and haven’t heard back anything and it’s been way over 20 hours. I will be moving away from Pulseway soon. Shame it was great resource for my MSP.

### 1/5 — Terrible update

*2026-01-25, version 9.23*

Why did you make the app worse? Why increase the size and spacing of the system list? Now I have to scroll to see all my systems. And why did you remove the time since last restart and replace it with “online”? I don’t need text to tell me the machine is online! There was nothing wrong with either of these interface design choices before. Another classic example of software being changed for the worst for no reason.

### 1/5 — NO TRY - NO BUY... IMBECILES!!!

*2025-11-20, version 9.21*

good luck trying to re-hash a flaky product for money! if we can't try it - WE WILL NEVER BUY IT... IMBECILES!!!

### 1/5 — All tells me to update, but no update

*2025-06-24, version 9.12*

Love Pulseway, been using it for many many years. But now the iPad app just says that it needs to be updated. But the App Store shows it’s current.

### 1/5 — Signing in appalling

*2025-02-08, version 9.12*

Without an instance name, I now have no way to sign in. Doesn’t ask for the account name and won’t let me get past “invalid user name”
Come on Pulseway, you are better than this !

### 1/5 — Impossible to login

*2025-01-11, version 9.12*

It is impossible to log in if you do not have a teams account. If you select “I do not have an instance name” it then closes the only log in input field and there I no other. Clicking save then says “invalid username” where there is in fact, no username field.

### 1/5 — Pulseway is trash

*2024-12-17, version 9.12*

Don’t buy it and don’t use it

### 1/5 — App is broke

*2024-11-23, version 9.3*

App is broke and has been for weeks. Pulseway knows about it but doesn’t do anything to fix it. Any recommendations for a new RMM provider?

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Amazing RMM app with incredible features

*2022-06-02, version 8.11.1*

Pulseway has been one of the best to uitilize the Mobile RMM apps as a true productivity tool! It is powerful, feature rich and so easy to use! I have used other RMMs that don’t offer a mobile app and I’m so glad it is a high priority for Pulseway. There are SO many times I need to help a client and I only have a mobile phone or a tablet and having a true app is vital!

I appreciate that this isn’t a “screen scraper” type app where it’s just a shell for a website, great job!!! With all their latest announcements and updates most of them have been features for the client/web or integrations, I just hope they don’t forget about the mobile app and keep it as a high priority and focus with features and updates!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2022-03-08, version 8.9*

As an iOS dev myself I appreciate the work that goes in to making a quality app like this one. I love the native iOS look and feel plus support for latest iOS system features like Widgets.

I use it to monitor a handful of Linux servers. If I had any requests I’d say I would like to see the Linux agent get more features - it seems like Windows agents get most of the love (probably most of the user base) but for users like me with more Linux boxes than Windows it’d be nice to integrate things like remote control (VNC/X2go perhaps?).

### 5/5 — Because Linus TechTips

*2021-12-30, version 8.8.9*

Because of him now I can piss my 7 year brother off by clicking one button and turn of my pc form work… Thanks Pulse way and Linus
recommending This RMM software

### 5/5 — Proud User

*2021-03-05, version 8.6.2*

I was requested to the developer to integrate the siri support. And they did it. I am very proud to have this app. Many thanks

### 5/5 — Great tool

*2020-09-09, version 8.3.2*

Saved me time very good tool

### 5/5 — Ex NINJARMM user

*2020-07-03, version 8.1.1*

Got tired of Ninja jacking all my endpoints every 6 months or so, just tired of it, switched and never looked back

### 5/5 — Gaming PC Monitoring Software

*2020-05-30, version 8.1.1*

I love using this for my gaming pc and to monitor if my Folding at Home is running (by seeing the GPU and CPU utilization and temps spike) and to see if game downloads are done (the internet speed slows once it’s donee because it’s not pulling data). Works well for monitoring your home pc while away for the day, gives enough data and info for free where I’m happy to use it to monitor the system, even though it doesn’t tell me directly if FaH and game downloads are done or running.

### 5/5 — Managing pcs

*2020-02-08, version 7.2.1*

This app is so good that I could use it to manage a full school full
Of computers

### 5/5 — Long time user

*2020-01-29, version 7.1*

I have used this app far before it was called Pulseway. Works great and has saved me many times in a pinch.

Request: Please add dark mode. The new UI is too light.

### 5/5 — Simple, yet sophisticated.

*2020-01-10, version 7.0.3*

This new must-have for computer management, monitoring, and diagnosing machines remotely. From one system to many, Pulseway will always be my first choice.
