If you check your notification bar while on a remote session, it gets disconnected. Since upgrading to an M1 studio mac, pulseway no longer shows screens and other functions and is largely useless. The support team are unable to rectify this. Its been ongoing for 6 months now and they are still no nearer a solution. I will not renew my subscription until it works correctly. Sadly I don’t see that rectification happening. But this app has really went down hill, I’ve been with the software since it was Call Mobile PC Monitor so for about 20 years and they keep taking features away, this time they updated the dashboard where it used to show me all machines uptime to where now I have to click on each machine to view its uptime, and it was working on my iPad and with this update it says I have no machines and isn’t working. I opened a support ticket and haven’t heard back anything and it’s been way over 20 hours. I will be moving away from Pulseway soon. Now I have to scroll to see all my systems. And why did you remove the time since last restart and replace it with “online”? I don’t need text to tell me the machine is online! Doesn’t ask for the account name and won’t let me get past “invalid user name” Come on Pulseway, you are better than this ! ### 1/5 — Impossible to login *2025-01-11, version 9.12* It is impossible to log in if you do not have a teams account. If you select “I do not have an instance name” it then closes the only log in input field and there I no other. Any recommendations for a new RMM provider? ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Amazing RMM app with incredible features *2022-06-02, version 8.11.1* Pulseway has been one of the best to uitilize the Mobile RMM apps as a true productivity tool! It is powerful, feature rich and so easy to use! I have used other RMMs that don’t offer a mobile app and I’m so glad it is a high priority for Pulseway. There are SO many times I need to help a client and I only have a mobile phone or a tablet and having a true app is vital! I appreciate that this isn’t a “screen scraper” type app where it’s just a shell for a website, great job!!! With all their latest announcements and updates most of them have been features for the client/web or integrations, I just hope they don’t forget about the mobile app and keep it as a high priority and focus with features and updates! ### 5/5 — Great app *2022-03-08, version 8.9* As an iOS dev myself I appreciate the work that goes in to making a quality app like this one. I love the native iOS look and feel plus support for latest iOS system features like Widgets. I use it to monitor a handful of Linux servers.
