## What is PulseWise Heart Helper?

Heart Rate Assistant is a lightweight heart rate recording tool that helps you estimate your heart rate with the iPhone camera and save each measurement as a local wellness record.

Key features:
- Measure pulse with the rear camera and flash
- Save measurement history and review recent trends
- Get on-device health insights based on your records
- Follow measurement tips to reduce errors from posture, lighting, and finger placement
- Keep records on this iPhone without creating an account

It is useful for everyday self-observation, post-workout recovery reference, resting heart rate tracking, and building healthier measurement habits.

Important: Heart Rate Assistant provides wellness reference information only. It is not for diagnosis, treatment, or medical decisions. If you have chest pain, shortness of breath, severe palpitations, fainting, or consistently abnormal results, consult a clinician or call local emergency services.
