I have been waiting over 22 days for a legitimate redemption payout request and nothing has been done about it. Buyer beware. I went to cash out and I got logged out and they wouldn’t let me log back in for around 2 months. During that time I got an e Mail that showed how much money I had on there but when I finally got to log back in after sending them proof of who I am, my address, etc. , it only gave me the gold coins. No cash. I clicked on buy and it would only give me the option to buy gold coins. Then it wanted me to permanently delete my account.
