Я ФОП. 10 днів ніхто не міг мені надати відповідь стосовно блокування платежу. Платіж вже повернувся до відправника, а банк мені нічого не надав. Ні на лист, ні на дзвінок, просто 2 тижні нервів в прірву. Найгірші

Періодично виникають помилки в застосунку, текст помилок нічого не говорить. Просто попробуйте пізніше. Тех підтримка після 18 не працює, що робити ніхто не скаже. Якщо виконав якусь дію, перейшов в інший застосунок а потім назад в пумб, то необхідно закрити повністю застосунок і знову зайти бо по іншому помилка. Користувався раніше моно банком, таких помилок зовсім не було. Миттєвий перевод валюти в моно це максимум 40секунд - хвилина, в пумб від 3 хвилин і довше (дуже довше). Іноді нерви здають, я не можу зі свого рахунку перевести гроші на свій рахунок. Коли гроші терміново потрібні - це не норм!!!
