## What is Pumpaj?

A push-up only counts when your nose touches the screen.

Put your phone on the floor, screen up. Go down and touch it with your nose. Every touch is one push-up. No half reps, no cheating, no counting in your head.

EVERY 10TH HURTS Every tenth push-up the screen flashes and Pumpaj throws you a line: "Shaking?", "The couch is calling.", "Wipe your nose, please." Prefer encouragement? Switch the tone to Friendly, or turn messages off.

KEEP THE STREAK Set a daily goal and keep the flame alive. Every day you hit your goal grows your streak. Miss a day and you start over.

SETS AND REST Choose sets and reps. Pumpaj counts down your rest and starts the next set, and the screen stays on for the whole workout.

BADGES AND RECORDS Weekly chart, best set, lifetime total and badges for 7, 30 and 100-day streaks, 100 and 200 push-ups in a day, and thousands overall.

EVERY 20TH GETS A PHOTO On the 20th, 40th, 60th push-up the front camera catches your face as you push up. After the workout, pick a photo for a share card with a bold frame and #pumpaj tags, then share it to Instagram or WhatsApp. Photos stay on your phone.

PUMPAJ WITH YOUR CREW Create a private team for your gym, office or friends and invite them with a code or link. Weekly and monthly leaderboards, a weekly challenge, and the home screen shows who is right on your heels. Your team sees only your nickname and numbers.

EVENING REMINDER Forget a day? Pumpaj nudges you in the evening before your streak burns out. You pick the hour.

NO ADS, NO TRACKING No email, no password, no ads and no tracking. Workouts and photos stay on your phone, and a team needs only a nickname.
