As a Pumpkin Kart Pass holder, I “was” eligible for free delivery for orders within 25Kms. With this mentioned, during checkout and payment I was told my order was going to be delivered with delivery charges being canceled due to my subscription as the distance was well below 25Kms. To my shock while checking my statements an hour later, I noticed they changed the kilometers to 25.01 and charged delivery fees of $15.99. This is a serious violation as charging customers a higher amount later on is unethical and very very scary. ### 1/5 — Hamilton, Ontario *2023-05-02, version 1.6.3* Shame that they don’t cover Hamilton area.
