## What is PumpTrack?

Fuel receipts, finally sorted.

PumpTrack helps you scan, save, organize, and export fuel receipts directly from your iPhone. Take a photo, choose an existing receipt image, or enter the details manually.

PumpTrack attempts to detect the gas station, transaction date, total amount, and fuel volume. Review the information, make any necessary corrections, and save everything in a clean, searchable history.

RECEIPT SCANNING ON YOUR IPHONE

Receipt text is processed on your device using Apple’s Vision technology. Your receipt images aren’t uploaded to an external AI scanning service.

TRACK YOUR FUEL SPENDING

See your total spending, number of fill-ups, fuel volume, average fill-up, average fuel price, and spending activity for the selected period.

Choose from:

• Last month  
• This year  

EVERY RECEIPT IN ONE PLACE

Browse and search your complete transaction history. Open any entry to review its information, edit the details, replace its saved image, or delete it.

SAVE THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT

Optionally keep a private copy of the receipt image with each entry. View it whenever you need to confirm a transaction or find information from the original receipt.

EXPORT YOUR RECORDS

Create a clean PDF report or CSV spreadsheet for the selected date period, then share or save it using the iPhone share sheet.

BUILT AROUND YOUR REGION

PumpTrack automatically uses the currency associated with your iPhone region. You can also choose between litres and United States liquid gallons.

Every receipt is different. Text recognition can be affected by receipt layouts, faded printing, glare, shadows, image quality, and regional formats. Always review the station, date, total amount, and fuel volume before saving.
