## What is Punc?

Another tomato clock? Yes and no. PUNC focuses on integrating continuous countdown timers into your daily tasks, or even your life. It helps you set up boundaries for sub-tasks, assist in self-control, improve time estimation skill and raise time awareness on your day. You can even manage procrastination by setting up delaying timers.

In PUNC,
- a clear goal and duration brings efficiency.
- everything is a timer. It is encouraged to time most of your activities, including relax and delaying behaviors. Time up but would like a delay? Or taking a break from PUNC? Consider a deadline and set up a new timer to manage them.
- always keep a timer going. You can quickly respond to a time up notification with another timer.
