Can’t get past the bonus level my character just moves around after one punch

It’s stuck on the bonus boxing level NEVER MIND DONT USE THE NINJA SKIN IT BREAKS THE GAME

In a bonus level (boxing ring) and after 1 punch my character just shifts around in the ring and never gets ready for a second punch.  Can’t progress to next level!
