In theory sounds very good, I always wanted a way to measure my punch strength so since I had an Apple Watch I downloaded it.

A) the watch app keeps resetting so I have to open it again almost every punch

B) the punch strength is really inaccurate. I did weak and strong punches and some of the weak punches were showing as a higher reading than the strong punches

Don’t waste your money!!

Would like to be able to measure punches through an entire 1-3 min session, rather than registering a single punch.

Also, there are no explanations, help or context. How is reaction time measured for a punch?
