### 5/5 — Best Punch Software for Architects

This is quite easily the best software that I have found that is designed with Architects in mind for Field Reports and Punch walks. Most of the software options out there are designed with GC’s in mind, overly complex, and charging far too high of a premium to justify. The rest seem to have poor UI, interface problems, are cumbersome , or they feel like a chore to use. This app seems to have fixed all those complaints I had. I have been testing out several versions over the last dozen years for my firm, and right now I have no plans or reasons I would ever look for another product. 
I am an Architect overseeing several construction projects concurrently, all of varying sizes and complexities. Have found that this app interface and system works well and does exactly what I need for New Build, Renovations, or TIs. 
Once setup at the office, the plans are easily available on my phone, I can tag items to the plan and snap pics in the field, voice dictate a quick note, and then when I get back to the office the items are easily formatted and edited on my desktop in a clean report to issue out. Saves me so much time already, which easily makes it worth any cost. Plus the integration with Microsoft Onedrive makes it nice that my documents are being saved to a system I have control over. 
Lastly this is hands down the best and most responsive developer I have ever interacted with. I submitted feedback based on my use with no real expectation I would even get a response, but literally overnight he updated the program and implemented features and emailed me back. The last few updates keep getting better with more customization and control I need based on the project type, while still maintaining the simple and user friendly experience. 
If you see this and have been looking for a good solution to modernize your punch and field report process, please give this app and developer a chance.

Punchitect was built specifically around the way architects actually work in the field and back at the office, so hearing that the workflow is saving you time while still staying simple and flexible is incredibly rewarding.

I also really appreciate all of the feedback you’ve shared along the way. A lot of the improvements being made to Punchitect come directly from architects using it on real projects, and I plan to keep developing it that way.
