This application understands the challenges of working with subks of differing technical knowledge. This app creates a dynamically updated website (which the app maintain and hosts for you as part of the monthly service fee). All your subks need to do is save this link in their text or bookmark it in a browser and they always have access to the latest items organized by priority and due date. Imagine just walking through your job site, taking a picture, marking up the picture and then in real time all of your subks get updates in really time. The software itself is a no-nonsense system with a simple app, I was able to hand the tablet to four guys in the office and three of them were able to make a punch item with no prior experience or instructions.
