## What is Punchy App?

Punchy is the defect-tracking app for construction projects.

Built for the field and the office, it helps owners, project managers, and contractors centralize defects, speed up resolution, and keep a clear view of progress.

ON SITE
• Create a defect in seconds
• Add photos and audio notes
• Pin the issue directly on the plan
• Assign the right person and track status

FOR YOUR TEAM
• Work by organization and by project
• Track open, in-progress, and resolved defects
• Filter by project, priority, or status
• Get useful notifications at the right time

DASHBOARDS & REPORTS
• Key KPIs (resolution rate, volumes, priorities)
• Generate PDF reports ready to share
• Keep a clear history for site meetings and handover reviews

BUILT FOR DAILY USE
Punchy is designed to be fast on mobile: less paperwork, fewer scattered emails, better follow-up.

First sign-in is on the web, then use the same account on mobile in the field.

Punchy — construction defects, under control.
