There is a great variation in difficulty between the drawings but I know that if I can't get the answer it's never because the drawing was lacking... there is ALWAYS the right amount of clues to decipher the answer. The developer has been updating this app for years with simple, original, and largely intuitive puns. The creator makes you use your mind and play with word association until your either babbling random syllabus or shouting the correct phrase. It really forces anyone to think hard and throw words in a funny and weird way to find the (not so obvious) answers. Great entertainment if played in a small company of friends. Some of the riddles are ridiculously hard! He printed out a bunch of these. Ridiculously addicting and a fun way to pass the time for a quick laugh. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unable to submit answers; Just crashes *2021-06-20, version 6.0.1* The app is well designed. The content is top notch. But any network traffic like submitting an answer or loading another pun renders the app unresponsive or just crashes. It is obvious this app was designed long ago and hasn’t had much love since more modern versions of iOS and iPhones have been released ### 1/5 — App not working *2019-09-15, version 4.1.9* Love the content but after recent upgrade the app freezes up on initial screens ### 2/5 — App keeps freezing *2016-12-31, version 2.3.0* The app was working very well until about 2 days ago when it started freezing repeatedly. I need to restart the app 3-4 times just to get it to load a new pun, and even then it usually doesn't let me type in an answer. I went into the app, and it asked me if I would like to be notified when new puns are available with 2 buttons, “no, thanks” and “yes, please!”. I do want to be notified so I pushed ‘yes, please’, but it didn’t work. There must be some kind of glitch or bug. The app claims I have a slow internet connection most of the time as well, which I know isn't true. I've tested it on multiple different networks as well as my cellular data connection and still get the slow internet connection error. Hoping a future update may address some of these issues. ### 3/5 — Love the website, app is not great *2017-01-18, version 2.5.4* I'm a big fan of monday punday. I like the app because it allows me to easily go back and solve old puns, track what has been solved, etc. However I find the app to be extremely frustrating because it constantly crashes and freezes. I don't know if it is my particular phone but I have tried it on multiple networks and in different cell areas. Even my home network, which is generally good, does not work. I'd love it if this was resolved!
