Firstly they don’t open rewards for more than a months and then cheat users by keeping the redemption value so high that nobody has that much points. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-05-01* I’m really disappointed with the Punjab Kings app. The rewards section has basically been useless for months now. It keeps showing offers and rewards, but they’re never actually available to redeem. What’s the point of having a rewards system if users can’t use it? This has been going on for a long time, and there’s been no proper update or communication about it. It just feels misleading and frustrating as a user. Please fix this issue and make the rewards actually available, or at least be transparent about what’s going on. If it is a Genuine app, Customer Care must left their supportive comment on the Negative Reviews. But, you can’t able to see a single rearest response on Review Section. There are nothing to confuse that this is a fake App. In my 3 week’s journey on this App, they only gets your response and like showing Free T-Shirt dreams which is may be in the Moon and never redeemable with whitewash page or “coming soon” fake master-stroke.
