Never got food on time . Always late at least 20 or 30 mins

We never seem to have our deliveries delivered on time and when we try to call the shop they always come up as busy. I would recommend that you deliver on time in the future or at least call to let us know if you will arrive late. I hope to see that this doesn’t happen again otherwise you will continue to lose customers.
