Be aware, if you get any acceptance just ask for video call or audio call, you will understand. 1 more observations, once you paid for premium you will have limited matches but once your premium is finished, you will start seeing new id and profiles. So that you can re-buy the fraudulent program. Shame on you guys. **Developer response:** Hi! We regret the inconvenience caused. There’s no option to cancel membership on the app, one has to send emails to get it done. You are the biggest fraud company. Here we are continuously struggling for your fraud services and everytime asking for a suitable solution and there is no response from your end. But today when our subscription has expired. You have automatically renewed membership debited Rs 4200 from our credit card account. I have not requested for renewal. How Did you debit my credit card? You and your organisation is a group of fraudsters and thief's. Get back to us in an hour time or we shall be registering complaint against you to the concerned authorities deficiencies of services and unauthorised debit from my credit card. **Developer response:** Hello Anuj, We regret for the inconvenience. About that you got auto renewed and dis-satisfaction with our service. We do not store the card details of the members in our database. However, by setting the auto renewal status "ON", the current membership package of the customer will be automatically renewed from the date of expiry, by our payment gateway. Everytime I tried I am not getting any information at all. It is not a reliable service. Move to shadi.com. I have been already getting some responses. I have been calling them for last 3 days and there is no answer or you are on hold after a recorded voice your phone automatically hangs up. So disappointed.
