Need to re-login for every single action (both on the website and in the app): they seem completely unable to persist a login session. What’s more, password reset constantly fails. I made passwords as simple as “greentea” so I was 100% sure it wasn’t being mis-typed and logins would still fail. I swear their backend was written by elementary school kids in their first programming class.
