The first weeks with a puppy are harder than anyone warned you. Potty accidents, crying in the crate at night, sharp little teeth — Pupchi helps you through it with short, reward-based practices that explain why every step works. WHAT YOU CAN WORK ON - Potty training and house training, including the accidents nobody posts about - Crate training and the crying at night - Puppy biting, nipping and mouthing - Teething, fear periods, and what's normal at each age - Settling, alone time, and calm in the house - Socialization during the window that actually matters - Confidence with new people, places, sounds, and surfaces - Scent work, problem-solving, and games that tire a puppy out mentally - The stretch where they simply won't listen WHY, NOT JUST HOW Most training apps hand you a list of commands. It works until your puppy does something the list didn't cover — and then you're on your own. Pupchi puts the reasoning inside every step, so a few weeks in you need the app less, because you've started reading your own dog. SHORT PRACTICES FOR REAL LIFE Most take 5 to 15 minutes. Each one tells you up front how long it takes, what you'll need, and whether it's calm, playful, or high energy — so even on a bad evening, there's something that fits. TRAINING THAT BUILDS THE BOND Every practice is tagged with what it gives your dog: body, mind, or connection. Bonding has its own category — hand-feeding games, hide and seek, a wind-down routine for the evening. A dog who wants to be near you is easier to train than one who has learned to comply. YOUR PUP'S JOURNAL & CALENDAR - A profile for your pup with breed insights - Reminders for vet visits, vaccines, grooming, and classes - A quick daily check-in on how your pup is feeling KIND, MODERN METHODS Reward-based training in line with what modern professional trainers and behavior organizations recommend. No dominance theory, no corrections, no shouting — you don't need to be the alpha. Where popular advice doesn't hold up, we say so and explain what's actually going on. WHO IT'S FOR First-time puppy owners. People a few weeks into a rescue. Anyone in the puppy blues, quietly wondering whether they've made a terrible mistake. You haven't. It's normal, it's far more common than anyone admits, and it passes. A NOTE ON YOUR PUPPY'S HEALTH Pupchi is not a substitute for veterinary care. All content is general educational information about puppy behavior and training, not veterinary diagnosis, advice, or treatment. If your puppy shows signs of illness, injury, pain, or a sudden behavior change, contact a licensed veterinarian.
