### 4/5 — Kids, man. Kids

*2022-03-29, version 2.0.1*

Would be helpful if you could flip the camera so it’s not in selfie. Super hard to get a kid to look at the camera and not their own face. But this is way better than paying three times as much to get glasses at a brick and mortar store!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work anymore

*2021-12-20, version 2.0.1*

When I got the app the first time, it asked for your credit card as a reference as long as you just cover the sensitive information. It worked perfectly then. Now it’s absolutely horrible and gives you wrong reading over possible 2-5mm

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2021-12-03, version 2.0.1*

App has no instructions and does nothing. Wasted $5.🙁

### 1/5 — Bogus

*2021-03-24, version 2.0.1*

The ad for this app says “user friendly”... anything but. Used on iPad and didn’t work... took picture with back of credit card and program just quit. Can I just say fraud.

### 1/5 — doesn’t work on iphone se 2020

*2021-03-21, version 2.0.1*

app starts and gets stuck. nothing happens.

### 1/5 — Horrible App: Doesn't work :(

*2021-02-04, version 2.0.1*

App would not measure my pupils. It stayed on Automatic measurement 0% and black screen. Tried several times, and even turned off my iPhone and reset/restarted it. Don't waste your time, energy or money. Thouroughly disapointed.

### 1/5 — Crap app

*2021-02-01, version 2.0.1*

This is a crap app, it gives a different reading every time, do not buy !

### 1/5 — Measurements way off

*2020-12-16, version 2.0.1*

This app used to have you hood a credit card under your nose for a size reference but now it just measures from what I guesses is pupil center to center. Was at eye doctor today and my pd is 62.5mm and this app says 67mm this is too much of a variance.

### 1/5 — Didn’t work and no response from the developers

*2020-12-05, version 2.0.1*

It didn’t work for me. I get different numbers every time I use it. Seems like a random number generator. I emailed the developers asking for help over a week ago and haven’t heard back so now I’m sharing my experience. This app was a waste of time and money for me.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2020-11-24, version 2.0.1*

I want my money back. App closes when I take picture. It doesn’t work

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Básico y costoso

*2024-04-18, version 2.0.1*

La opción debería tener cámara frontal y atrás para no solo hacer la toma para uno misma sino también para otra personas, es decir que sirva a la personas que trabajemos en el área Optico y nos sirva esto como medida para realizar no solo el PD sino el Hight

### 1/5 — Not accurate!

*2023-03-30, version 2.0.1*

Bought this app yesterday and wish I could get my money back. It gives completely different results than careful measuring by 3 friends using rulers and calipers. Also a friend who just ordered his glasses from an optometrist and KNOWS his correct PD gets a different measurement from this app. Since supposedly even an error of 2mm affects the lens this is just not acceptable. The app gives me 3-4mm different than accurate and careful measurement.

### 1/5 — Not accurate

*2022-12-12, version 2.0.1*

This app isn’t accurate at all. Most of the free apps are more accurate than this. For $6.99 I thought this measurement would be accurate due to the fact the free apps I’ve tried are at least close. I wish I could get my money back.

### 1/5 — Did not measure PD correctly

*2022-09-28, version 2.0.1*

Did not work, gave me bad measurements. This caused me to go went to eye dr to get results to order RX

Bad measurements from this AP cost me a lot of money

Other AP actually was able to measure PD and get good results I could use to order

### 1/5 — Fraud

*2022-09-07, version 2.0.1*

Every reading gives a different answer.

### 1/5 — Wish I had read the recent reviews first

*2022-07-05, version 2.0.1*

My optician ended up giving me my PD for near and for distance. The app was off for both. I have a newer IOS, so the process was automatic and didn’t involve using a credit card. The only instruction was to tap on the screen. It didn’t say where to look or how far away to hold the phone. The results were consistent but clearly incorrect.

### 1/5 — Major waste of money.

*2022-06-03, version 2.0.1*

Phone is on tripod with my sitting in chair. I have now done 17 different readings with 14 different results. Don’t waste your time or money!

### 1/5 — Not accurate and misleading

*2022-05-02, version 2.0.1*

Don’t waste your time or money. 1st the website says it’s $5. Apple store says $9.99 but it charged me $17. Second the website shows using a credit card and aligning your pupils. The app doesn’t do that. And it gave me a reading of 68 when my PD is actually 64. Overall unhappy with the entire thing.

### 1/5 — Inaccurate. Beware. Your glasses will not be right

*2022-04-30, version 2.0.1*

No bad wrong. Do not trust this!

### 1/5 — Mono PD

*2022-01-21, version 2.0.1*

7/3/21 I thought it would give mono PD for someone who has two measurements. Sadly, it just gives the PD divided by 2 and allocated to each eye.

1/20/22 Your response about it measuring mono PD has not been my experience. My son was diagnosed as having different PDs but I only got one reading with your app. Either it doesn’t support mono PD or it doesn’t measure accurately.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Worked for me

*2025-03-27, version 2.1.0*

I went to the eye doctor and ended up with the same exactly PD. So it was very accurate and worth it.

### 5/5 — The best PD app I have found

*2022-10-08, version 2.0.1*

There are a lot of PD apps in the webstore & I have tried a few. This is the best & easiest free one i have found with quick accurate measurements

### 5/5 — It is accurate

*2022-09-24, version 2.0.1*

Measured my PD manually with a ruler in front of a mirror. Downloaded the app and measured my PD with it three times. All four results are the same. Good app! Congrats to the developer!

### 5/5 — Wow

*2022-07-01, version 2.0.1*

Quick and easy

### 5/5 — Great App for mail order glasses

*2021-11-04, version 2.0.1*

This is fantastic app for people in Ontario trying to get mail order glasses where the local Optomatrist gives you a prescription but tries to keep PD secret so only they can fit the glasses properly. Great tool for everyone trying to save some money on their new glasses.

### 5/5 — Very helpful!!

*2021-09-26, version 2.0.1*

This app is amazing. It is easy to use and makes it possible to order more accurate glasses online. I highly recommend it!

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2021-08-03, version 2.0.1*

Great app. Very accurate.

### 5/5 — Poor

*2021-05-28, version 2.0.1*

I took 9 sets of and each one differed across all 4 measurements in each set.

### 5/5 — Older iPhone? Do **NOT** upgrade app!!

*2021-01-09, version 2.0.1*

Older version from few years ago still worked just a few minutes ago, but seeing this new version claimed 'better accuracy', I upgraded and now it crashes each time I try to take a face pic in it.. Sad...

iPhone 6 IOS 12.49

### 5/5 — The automatic feature is amazing

*2020-11-19, version 2.0.1*

No more fiddling with measurements with a credit card. It locks onto your pupils in seconds

Optometrists won’t give a pupil distance because they claim that it would depend upon the frame and lens you get. Sound like BS. The amount of space between your eyeballs is a constant. They are just trying to get you to buy glasses on their place, at a cost of 4 to 6 times that of the online vendors.
