I get the error message “something went wrong. Please check back later” and we been checking back every day. I try and go to the website to email for troubleshooting and the website is down. The website no longer exists and the app does not work anymore when you try to log in. I am still being charged for my monthly subscription even though this company no longer exists! I am not sure who to contact or what to do but this is outrageous that no prior notice was given. ### 1/5 — Suddenly stopped *2024-02-10* Application suddenly stopped working and they still requesting more money . During world cup they didnt add sports channels. I had to call them and waited for couple of days then it was added 2. Their apple tv app has bug for 5 month now. They still charge you ! The bug is that whenever you change the channel, the app crashes. So imagine each time you change the channel you have to relogin. Again , they still took monthly subscription as if there are no issues. 3. This is a rip off sellers. They don’t care about the customer when I had the service a lot of channels freezes and doesn’t work even though i have 1 GB internet Fios connection all my my other streaming service working fine even in high quality 4K.
