Perhaps a signal tone to let you know you’re at 0 would help. I’ve measured 4 times and gotten 4 different measurements. I’m afraid to use this info to order glasses on line and have the lenses cut wrong. ### 1/5 — Misleading & Unrealistic *2019-04-16* The app prompts you to tape a credit card to a mirror then align your face with the credit card in the mirror. While taking a photo of yourself in the mirror, the cell phone gets in the way of the credit card with defeats the purpose. It's very big difference between measurements so must be you are missing some key point in the measurement procedure. We would like to understand what's not clear and help you with it. I attempted several times to use this but it was not successful. Da siempre error. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2020-06-19* I wasted 20 minutes with this. The instructions are horrible. The method it employs is overcomplicated. And I’m an engineer by trade! **Developer response:** As an engineer you better contact support@vistechprojects.com with some details about difficulties you have so we can discuss the issue. The measurement takes 2-3 min and the method gives very accurate result from the first measurement. The instructions include animations for better understanding of the setup .....then just one tap to take pictures and follow the instructions. Go back go back ### 1/5 — Hard to use *2020-04-01* Tried multiple times to get a measurement using iPhone and iPad. Every time the result was that my measurement is outside normal range. I looked at the guide each time. The moving illustration could not be paused so I may have misunderstood what I was supposed to do, how the card was supposed to be placed, etc. Gave up. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We have just recently updated the guide with detailed view how to measure and if you follow the guide you will get accurate PD measurements from the first time. If app says it's out of range, it means you are doing something wrong. The app doesn't detect your eyes, so the eyes color doesn't play any role here, you manually mark your pupils after pictures are taken. Please check again if you are doing everything right. If you still have issues please contact support@vistechprojects.com and we will help you with the app or will help you to get a refund if you are not able to use the app properly. This was a total waste of money as your instructions make it more complicated than manually measuring pupil distance. I tried it on an old iPhone with a small screen and on an iPad. A larger screen with a hi-rez camera and good lighting are helpful. It does take a bit of time and practice, but instructions are clear. Developers are also very responsive to email questions. ### 5/5 — Accurate results and pretty easy to use *2018-10-06* I was pretty skeptical about checking measurements for glasses via mobile app. But it work and very accurate. Instead of going to doc snd paying for a visit it’s so much-much better to measure yourself and order glasses online. Cyl. and Axis is no problem from a visit but PD is normally given to fit glasses. This app confirmed the PD i already had (it was exact) and gave me a tool to get my wife’s and kids.
