There is an issue with Chapter 8. The chapter cannot be finished and every time the story ends, I am forced to go back to the call with Liam. Also, virgin is spelled wrong.

The game is awesome I love it, but I recently got an iPhone after having the game on my old Samsung, and there is no way for me to login with google on the apple version. I would really love if you guys could add that.

Sometimes the stories don’t complete, there is no walk through to explain how to get 100% on chapters. Chapter 8 I couldn’t complete. It kept looping the chapter and never finishing. I don’t think this game is worth it, even though it’s interesting 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't know why I have been stuck in the login page and cannot enter the game. The game version is up to date, and so is the mobile system. Hope it can be solved soon!

I absolutely love the stories and the characters!!! I play primarily for the boys (especially for Theo and Henry🥰), though I think Natalie is also very cute. The thing is that the charms of the characters are so difficult to obtain! After finishing the main story, the player can only repetitively watch ads for coins and clothing tickets, which somehow makes the game less interactive and less attractive. I wonder if there can be other ways like mini games or task completion rewards for gaining additional coins and tickets.
Anyways, this is a lovely game and I play it every so often :)

I put months into this game and now it just stalls on the loading page and wont even open. It is also a money pit where you cant continuously progress in the stories without opening hundreds upon hundreds of clothing tickets to increase your charm and even then the majority of the time it will only be plus 5.

This is a really interesting game, the story is definitely different. I really love the characters and the voice acting is great and art. But everytime I go to click on the store or be brought to the purchase page it gets stuck on the midnight office loading screen and I have to restart the app so I’m unable to buy anything or view the page.

I tried logging in with facebook multiple times and it just says: App not set up: This app is still in development mode and you dont have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permission. Please fix!!! I spent money on this game and was grinding for the ending.

Edit: At first I tried contacting customer support through the app but the link was broken, so I checked the one in twitter and they responded fast. I got my account back after sending my game code.
