The devs need to buy a PupPod and use it with their own dogs for a week to see how terrible it and the app are.

For a $200 device I would expect the app to work and for connection of the devices ti Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to be seamless. But they aren’t. And contacting Support through the app does not result in 24 hour turn around as stated. I waited five months to receive the device due to the shipping/supply chain issues and then the owner said they were doing quality assurance testing before shipping them ti those of us who pre- ordered. 

I finally connected the device to Wi-Fi after TEN times resetting the device and the app.  Now I am not able ti upgrade the PupPod rocker software for reasons unknown. Five times removing the battery and resetting has not proven to help as suggested - but the contact support option is there again. Let’s see if that results in a response.

On first use you must create an account, right away it will not login. The tried several times and just did a reset password just to try something different and it worked. A bit of difficult also getting it to pick up WiFi, but it worked. I moved the machine, which makes you reconnect to WiFi, it will not pickup. I have reset everything, the machine, the app, my router to no avail. I contacted the company who responded with “we are working on it”. I asked if there was any help he could give, he responded with “we are working on it”. $200 later….. there it sits.

App will not recognize the feeder, even though it is connected to my 2.4 wifi

It works 60% of the time
And there’s no way to disable mic and camera.

When it works it’s nice 
When it doesn't huge let down

My puppy gets bored during the day so I thought I’ll make it a little fun for him and it’s definitely got my ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Connection is perfect no issues only one I wish I can speak to him from my end.
