It is a total game changer. I have potty trained so many puppies and struggled with our new one. She’s a small dog and was having accidents what seemed like every 5 minutes. The error you described was caused by an infrastructure problem on our hosting platform which lasted for just a few days. The problem was fixed and we added safeguards so that it cannot happen again.
