I can’t go a day without one of these meditations! ### 5/5 — That’s the value on good sleep? *2026-05-01* Found Rasa on YouTube years ago, but adverts selling sofas midpoint have made that unusable. I balked at the price originally but for the cost of a couple of coffees and a piece of cake I get great sleep and what’s the price of that? I definitely did St Michael Aug 1 evening and I did a morning mediation? I also do the subliminal one every night when I go to bed. I wonder where my streak total went? I was very proud of it and was quite surprised to see the zero days n there’s no record for Aug 1 listed in my journey.
