My day has been starting with coffee at Pura Vida for years now — it has truly become part of my everyday life. 🤍 I love all their locations and have been to almost every one of them. Wherever I am, if there’s a Pura Vida nearby, I’ll find it. 😄 The coffee, the food, the atmosphere, the energy — it just always feels good to be here. I’m definitely a Pura Vida lover and a very loyal one! 🤍☕️

What kind of service is this? If I place a pickup order and the bag is sealed and ready to go, why do I get home and realize there are no utensils inside? How is a customer supposed to eat the food? This is not the first time this has happened. It makes no sense and is extremely frustrating.

While we are big fans of the new DUMBO store location, we have yet to be able to accumulate any rewards points because the app never connects to the Internet when we are in the store.  Just when we are trying to check out at the register, the app sends back a message that there is a poor signal and no Internet connection. The staff has no way of applying the rewards manually so we are still at zero points after repeated visits.  You should not offer the rewards program if you cannot allow guests to have a seamless loyalty experience.
