Usually the fragrance I have in the machine hasn’t even run out by the time I receive the new one which I love so I can swap them out. I bought my aunt one for her birthday and she absolutely loves it! She was a glade/air wick girly and always having to buy new spray cans for the sprayer. She now enjoys going to target to pick out her next smell knowing that it’ll last! I’d recommend these to anybody ! My favorite scents right now are Coconut Calm, Juicy Acai, Beach Glow….omg and Cozy Cashmere. Even after turning off the device, it automatically turns back on after some time and runs the whole night, wasting the fragrance. That's probably why you need a new fragrance sooner than expected. You have to sign in, with an email address- no username only. It signs you out regularly so you can’t use hide my email. You have to have the app on your phone, an account active and accept obnoxious emails about things in order to use a plug in air freshener. Stop trying to sell everyone’s data. It auto turns on when I have that set to off, it refuses to charge, and if you do plug it in to charge then turn off the scent, it’ll randomly turn back on multiple times. At first everything worked and I enjoyed the scents (they are fantastic!) but with 12 weeks 4 of the seven are done. There is no human customer service so I sent emails with attached video and photos of the failing units and never heard from them. So much money wasted, ugh. I like how it is non-toxic for pets and uses cleaner ingredients. The only thing is that every single time I go to check my app it’s changed because they keep updating the interface. I use the same fragrance in both bays and now I can’t tell which one is which because they took the labels off. Instead of using bay 1 or bay 2 it’s listed by fragrance.
