great restaurant, food, and workers but this app is basically unusable. nothing works- it rarely lets me sign in (signs me out every time), doesn’t save my payment info, doesn’t even accept my payment half the time. genuinely do not know how an app this bad still exists.

The worst app ever. Can never make a payment

Love the food, but the app payment processing just doesn’t work. No Apple Pay, I have to add my card manually every time and there is always an error and I can order. Took me 30 mins yesterday and I’m 20 mins in re-adding multiple cards today with no success. It just spins and times out. I’ll have to take my business elsewhere until this is fixed, unfortunately

Payment cannot be saved so is inconvenient to order. Integrating with Apple and Google Pay would be a plus.

Had issues completing an order in the past. Now the geolocation function doesn’t work to find a nearby restaurant. Would like to eat from here again at some point.
